Support Group
How would you tell your 3-year-old daughter that you are going to lose you hair in two weeks?
What do you do when your breast cancer diagnosis comes in your ninth month of pregnancy with your first child?
How do you tell the blind date that both of your breasts have been removed?

Any cancer diagnosis is an overwhelming challenge. Thankfully, there are so many ways to get support as a woman going through breast cancer treatment, but there are very few places for the young breast cancer patient.
So we all started networking to help answer each others questions. Twice a month in coffee shops or restaurants we meet to support each other. There is no therapist or nurse, just women helping women. We meet in the South Hills once on a weekday morning and once on Sunday evenings. If you are interested in joining us please email me at Jennifer@breastcancerbenefit.org
We meet in the South Hills area of Pittsburgh.
